The challenge was to transform Semapa’s Annual Management Meeting into something truly different for its participants — breaking away from the usual format and creating a 360º experience where each person could literally feel that the future was in their own hands.

Under the concept FORWARD: Semapa Innovation Hub, more than 500 team members gathered at Lisbon’s vibrant LX Factory for a dynamic and fully personalized experience.
